Our Products & Policies

Diamond, Gemstone & Metal Sourcing

We supply Certified Mined Diamonds, Lab-Created Diamonds, and premium Gold from trusted sources.
Certified melee diamonds are available for wedding bands and accents.

Customer-Supplied Diamonds, Gemstones & Precious Metals

We handle your materials with care but are not liable for loss or damage during the crafting process.
Replacements must be arranged by the customer.

Quality Assurance

Each piece is inspected before shipping.
Contact us within 10 days of receipt at info@foreverringsbysal.com if there are any issues.

Engagement, Wedding Rings & Eternity Bands

Annual check-ups are recommended to maintain quality (e.g., rhodium plating, re-tipping, re-tightening).
Lost melee diamond replacements are handled case-by-case.
We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry.

Please Note:

• No returns or exchanges on engagement rings, wedding bands, or eternity bands.
• Ring resizing available within 15 days of receipt. Additional charges may apply if extra material is needed.
• Refer to the universal size chart before ordering.
• Issues (e.g., broken ring or missing stones) reported within 10 days will be resolved free of charge (excludes resizing).

Necklaces & Bracelets

We offer resizing and repair services.
Extra costs may apply based on the assessment by our Head Jeweler.

Please Note:

• Breaks or missing stones reported within 10 days will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• No exchanges or returns on necklaces or bracelets.
• Please purchase thoughtfully; each item is handmade with care.

Earrings

For non-wear-and-tear issues, contact info@foreverringsbysal.com.
Our Head Jeweler will assess the condition for possible repairs.

Please Note:

• No returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Handle with care and store properly when not in use.

Jewelry Care

Diamonds & Gemstones

To maintain that radiant sparkle, we recommend using a Diamond Dazzle Stik —
an easy and effective tool for cleaning at home.
You can purchase it online and use it regularly to keep your gems looking their best.

Gold & Silver Jewelry

• Use a polishing cloth to restore shine to your solid gold and silver pieces.
• For deeper cleaning or tarnish removal, professional polishing is ideal — especially for frequently worn items.
• We offer complimentary lifetime polishing to all our customers.

Storage Tips — Protect What You Love

Proper storage is key to preserving the beauty of your jewelry:

• Store pieces separately in soft pouches or lined boxes to avoid scratches.
• Avoid exposing your jewelry to humidity, harsh light, or chemicals like perfumes and hairspray.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• When traveling, pack your jewelry in a secure, compartmentalized case to prevent tangling and damage.

Ring Size Guide

The Perfect Fit

All ForeverRingsBySal rings are specified in standard US sizes.
Finding the right size is essential for comfort and wearability.
Here are two simple ways to determine your ring size:

1. Use a Ring Sizing App

• Download any ring size app on your phone or iPad (search “Ring Sizer” in the App Store).
• Place a well-fitting ring on your device’s screen.
• Adjust the on-screen sizer to match the inner edge of your ring — your correct size will be displayed.

2. Measure at Home

• Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger.
• Mark the point where the ends overlap.
• Lay the string or paper flat and measure its length in millimeters.
• Use that measurement to find your ring size using a Universal Size Chart

Tips for Accuracy:

• Measure at least three times, using different methods if possible.
• Fingers may swell slightly during the day — measure when your hands are at a normal temperature.
• When in doubt, size up. A slightly loose ring can be adjusted with a ring guard or sizing beads.
